Rear Air shock leaking air
Hi
It seems the connection to my air shock is leaking (2001 venture). After i stop i can hear the air leaking out and wiggle the connector but can never wiggle it just right to stop the air from leaking. These are the after market munroe shocks. It stops leaking air after a few minutes. The compressor is off when this is happening. 1) Would this be the air from the shock or just whatever is left in the line? 2) What is the best way to seal this connection? Maybe grease in the fitting? thanks |

Re: Rear Air shock leaking air
usually the ends are tapered and the line connector slip over it and you clip it there. check the end of the line and shock connectors could be chipped or something

Re: Rear Air shock leaking air
All looks good. I think the plastic connector just gets dried out from the heat. I have filled with grease and pushed back on. Will have to check and see if this has done the job.

Re: Rear Air shock leaking air
ok i bet you can't just by the connector probably have to buy the whole line from the compressor. good luck with it
