1996 T&C horn blows when lights are turned on
My sister in law's 1996 T&C has a horn problem. last week her horn started blowing continuously when her head lights were turned on. Sometimes you can turn the wheel and the horn will stop for a few mins. They had to pull the horn fuse to keep driving the Van. Does anyone have any ideas?
