Recent 01 problems

Before moving to Vegas, I had the coolant system flushed (BG) and filled, now its running hot and when idling runs hotter, any ideas?

Also, there is an arc at the spark plug metal boot protector, plug wires bad?

Replace thermostat? Change all plug wires.
