Unhappy vibs bad when in gear

I have a 2002 eclipse gt and been trying to figure out what would cause bad vibrations. It will only do it once engine is at opperating temp and in drive at a stand still. I took it to 3 diff. mechanics, they messed with bypass screw but couldn,t pin point problem. I installed new motor mounts a while back and tested the idle motor, and if I tested it right than the motor is bad. Any help would be appreciated!

What mounts did you install?
If you install the deymene (<spelling?)
firm mounts then it's gonna vibrate no mater what.

Re: vibs bad when in gear

Weird that it does it at operating temp and not cold.
