Need location of
Have a 1996 Lumina car 3.1 need the location for the antitheft relay and the control module.

The Theft Deterrent Module is located at the upper left corner of the instrument panel/firewall area. There is really no "antitheft relay" in the system, but there is a Start Enable Relay used by the PassKey system to allow engine cranking. Incidentally, if you are planning to simply remove the module and jumper the relay to start the engine, you will be disappointed. The module sends a low frequency square wave signal to the PCM to allow the PCM to operate the fuel injectors. You'd be able to crank the engine all day long but never start it (no fuel). The module must detect the correct key pellet resistance in order to send the signal to the PCM. The only way to defeat it would be to reprogram the PCM with no VATS code in the software. It's usually just easier, faster, and cheaper to repair the system.
