96 Probe GT fuel problem

I put my probe gt in storage for the winter season, and pulled it out this summer. And Upon refueling my car the gas stations fuel pump keeps shuting off. And it does this at every gas station. I can only manage to get a 1/8th of a gallon in the tank before it shuts the pump off. Really annoying.
But I figured its a problem with a clogged line that vents the fumes into the intake manifold. Like the charcoal canister is plugged. Has anyone ran into this problem? If so what did you do? Anything will help. Thanks

maybe your take is full or pull down the gas tank filler neck which is between the tank and the fill port and make sure there is a clear path for the gasoline and you said it had been in storage for the winter and guess where little critters get into if you haven't taouched your car in ahilw i would start there
