Exclamation Integra GSR '91-'01 or Scion tC '06-'07

I am getting a car and dont know which one to choose. I have a limit of $18,000, so my choices are getting a new scion tC or a used integra from someone that has about 3000 miles on it and was barely driven. Basically the integra is in real good condition...

I'm planning on adding a turbo kit, intercooler, and an intake. Also, im looking for which one would be faster or better in general with the items added on them above . So what do ya'll think, which one should I get?!?!?!

Integra. Better after market, and great reliability (which the scion also has.) but the integra is better looking imo.

I also say Integra. Looks are debatable, both are extremely reliable, but Integra has a better aftermarket and Integra is most likely the faster car with forced induction. The TC can be boosted however. In fact, Toyota Racing Development offers a supercharger package for the TC but I don't believe there is a LSD so wheelspin will be a factor with any forced induction. Silentcream owns a TC so his opinion should be greatly considered if he chips in.
