New Car With Just a Few Problems

I just bought a 1989 Z24 Rag Top Limited Edition...I have had a few problems with it, that eventually I figured out however there is one problem that I just can't figure out and suggestions would be greatly apprectiated. The car has a digital dash and when I got it the dash didn't work so I went and got a new one now the tack will work on it but nothing else work....So you cant tell how fast your going or how much gas you have...I was thinking at first that it may be a blown fuse or a bulb out but due to the fact that the tack works im really not sure whats wrong with it....If you have any suggestions please email me [email protected]
