98 Ford Windstar GL

Hey There! I have a 98 Ford Windstar with 83,000 miles on it. Bought it 4 months ago and about a week after I bought it the Trac Off Light started flashing. It seems to happen when I'm going down hills or when it hits a bump on the right side. Pretty much every time I drive it! It is very annoying. The only way to get it to stop is to turn the vehicle off and then on again. I have brought it to the shop twice now. The first time he replaced some ABS sensor in the right rear and the second time I don't know what he did (hooked it up to some machine, ordered a part, put the part in under the hood somewhwere). But it continues! Any suggestions as to what this might be?

that's exactly what it is, the ABS wheel sensor is the problem. I have the same thing happening I have yet to fix it.
