'02 Neon doesn't start

After some stupid stuff I had my license revoked and I have been unable to drive my car for about 2 months. Earlier this week I had taken it for a short spin and it had started up fine but after I had parked it to grab something from my apt's office it wouldn't start and it sounds like the engine is stuttering trying to turn over but can't.

First thought is lack of lubrication from sitting there for so long, but does anyone have any other ideas about fixing this?
