Hazards...
I believe there are 2 flashers - one for your signals, and one for the hazards. Check for that second one - looks the same as the primary. Could be in the switch but doubtful. The right blinking fast indicates a burnt-out bulb on the right side OR the curcuit board on the right rear is buggered.
