seat belts

I noticed theres a little buttion right next to where the door latch is for the seatbelt winder. i almost always have to keep the door open when i put on and remove the seatbelt for both sides. is there anyway this can be adjusted to where i can adjust it more freely with the door still shut and not have it locking up???? also should i spray some wd4 or simmilar stuff in the belt receiver because sometimes its hard to press the little buttion on the receiver to release the seatbelt.

Re: seat belts

When retracting the seatbelt, go kind of slow. I have to do this in my pickup truck otherwise it lock up on me when I'm just trying to put my seatbelt on.
