2002 Tahoe with Karr alarm

Are any of you folks skilled in the arts of alarms? I recently bought a use 2002 Tahoe that came equipped with a Karr alarm and a goofy looking remote that doesn't seem to do anything.
I would like to know what this alarm module looks like so that I can find it, and perhaps remove it, but I can't seem to find much documentation on the web.
The remote has the word Karr on the front and the FCC ID is ELVAT5H.
If it could actually be programmed to do something useful, then maybe I would keep it around.
I'm looking for advice on the appearance of the alarm device as-installed, or I'm looking for information on how to re-program this remote so that it works with the alarm.
Either would help!

Thanks!
T.

Re: 2002 Tahoe with Karr alarm

Never mind! It looks like it was uninstalled sometime before I got the vehicle, and I just ended up with the remote.

so....no problem!
