Exhaust hanging bracket suggestions?

I've had a quick look around for a replacement to the following issue:

You can see where the bracket which holds the rear part of the passenger side exhaust pipe has broken (and been welded) as a quick fix.
I drive quite a bit on gravel roads, so this is probably what cracked it and caused it to fail.

Now - If I wanted to remove this solid bar and replace it with something more practical on both sides, what would you recommend.
It'd be some sort of bracket with a rubber linkage I'd imagine. I'm looking for a weld-free installation!!!
Basically I want to cut/grind off these old solid links and bolt on something.

Any ideas??
Cheers!

All auto parts stores have rubber hangers. Or you could make a strap out of the wall of an old tire.

Can't beat Chicken wire....

Seriously though, you should be able to find some hangers at the local Auto Parts store to help you out. Or contact Magnaflow or something and ask for the tail pipe hangers. On my dual exhaust system there is a bolt hanger that mounts to the frame with a hook, clamp hanger on the Tail pipe.
let me know if you want pics and I'll see what I can drum up.

This is the Part list from Magnaflow:
The highlighted squares are the parts you need.
Seeing how AF won't let me post pics go here to see the parts list.

Re: Exhaust hanging bracket suggestions?

I just had my dual exhaust re-welded (on my 77 ford). Turns out that bad motor mounts caused the engine to have too much "twist" weakening the brackets.

Make sure your motor doesnt twist when you rev it.

The exhaust should have some flex to it. I tried to get some flexible brackets put on, but couldnt find em.
