Thumbs down loss of power

i bought a 99 cavalier z24 about 10 months ago. since then i have had some sputtering problems and lost some horsepower. any ideas why?

you may jus need something simple such asan oil change or spark plugs or filters/intake check into those and if it still occurs jus tell us and someone else may be able to further assist you....

i have almost brand new spark plugs and intake filter, and i changed the oil a few months ago

Fuel filter. BTW, an oil change really won't help running problems anyway.

have you had it checked for any fault codes,did you check it for vacuum leaks. maybe change the plug wires as well.

even though im sure the oil isnt your problem, if you changed it a few months ago it needs to be changed again very soon
