please help.
i really need the fusebox layout (under the steering wheel) for my Accord 90' to fix some problems. my car was stolen and when they found it was f***ed up bad. now the blinkers, brakes and emergency lights don't work. all the fuses were stolen. all the interier panels stolen. so i'm starting from scratch. trying to get the damn lights to work. if someone can please post a picture, draw or write it out for me i'd really appreciate it. thanks

On my 98, the blinkers are wired with the hazard plug on the dash. I have my center dash out right now, and to drive it I had to plug it in with my clock just hanging in the center of a big whole. I don't know if this helps but I found it kind of strange.

go to the junkyard's and find the panel that covers the fusebox. On the inside, it usually has the fuse descriptions and sizes

Check to make sure you have matching relays for driver and passenger...

blinking fast, may mean that either on the front or rear the bulb is missing or burnt out. Check it out!!

the blinking speed is caused by an RC circuit the R is from the resistance in the bulbs, the C is a small capacitor in the fuseblock. If the cap is bad or either of the bulbs are missing, it effect the speed that it blinks.

I usually try to explain things as best as I can ..... especially in the stereo area. There are still lots of myths and misunderstandings - and I think an educated consumer makes better choices. Also, understanding what is really going on makes it easier for the person to troubleshoot and fix things like engine noise problems.
