Clutch Pedal

Does anyone out there have any info on clutch plate size for a 99 silverado,my pedal is just now starting to feel mushy the last couple days, I;ve called the dealer before and they weren't sure the size, or if it's coarse or fine spline. I've got 168k on it w/ a few burnouts.

Re: Clutch Pedal

The best is to take it with you to the parts store and match it up to the new one. Make sure you replace the preasure plate and throw out bearing at the same time. If the flywheel is scored have it resurfaced or replace the flywheel also. Otherwise you will be doing it again soon.
