Hot Start problems..2000 Beetle 1.8T

Hey guys/gals, My name's Garrett and I have a 2000 Beetle GLS turbo.
I realize i'm a noob and hope i dont get flamed to badly for posting this thread right away, but i could really use some advice.

The car cranks fine in the mornings when the engines cold....after driving it for 5 minutes or so, it will not re-crank untill the car sits for 30-45 minutes. (doesnt stall, and will run fine till turned off)

Here's what i DO knows happening when it wont crank:

Car has fuel pressure but no injector pulse
No spark

When it does fire it stumbles to life, and sometimes requires a slight application of the throttle to completely crank.

Its also has had the following problems: (may be related..thought i should note them)

Was throwing code for MAF - I replaced it....CEL came back on

Ending shut off after a relativly hard application of the brakes once

On one occasion the shift lock would not release despite the engine being running.
I had to replace the fuse box above the battery due to a half-melted AC fuse socket.

Agian, I apologize for this being my first post...i've searched and searched but wasnt able to find anything matching my cars symptoms.

ANY advice would be much appriciated!

-Garrett
