98 windstar headlight vs DRL modual

Hi all. I've read alot of the posts on both. Where the heck is the DRL in the van? I've looked under the dash and there was no big sign pointing to the DRL?? A little guidance would help. My head lights are stuck on and the only way to shut them off at the moment is to remove one of the master fuses. Ok for the day if you don't mind no speedo...
