Lugs are rusted and leak rust on the lug nuts

Hey my Rx-8's Lugs are rusted i replaced the old lug nuts becasue they where covered in rust but now i found the problem to be the rust from the lug leaks out onto the nuts is there any suggestions?

at walmart they have a thing that is a rust converter. its a spray, it will basically make the rust go away and make it all good again.

You can also put a bit of silicone in your lug after you clean the studs and that way it will prevent water and such forth from getting inside the rust trap lugs and make a nice seal so no leakage

Or teflon tape will work too.
