crx si seat installaion in hatchback!

hey guys,

I know its been asked 1000 times, but I cant find any posts of what i'm looking for. I need an indepth look on how to install crx si seats in my civic I have a 90 civic hatch. I keep hearing all kinds of things I need to do and its starting to confuse me so I'm asking anyone who has installed them to give me some info a site, pictures anything on how to do this swap right! I dont think its safe to drill new holes in the floor so thats out of the question. Any 2 cents is wanted on this one.

Ian

What's up man? I think you probably need the rails to the CRX seats, but they might work on the civic ones, I had a site that had instructions on this but I lost all my favs. when my computer crashed over the summer. How's that ZC doin?

I'm putting the si seats in my hatch right now. What I'm doing is taking the brackets and puting them on the si seats. I lined up the front of the bracket and drilled holes on the back of the bracket. BUT the bad thing is that you need to weld a peice of metal to one set of brackets becaue when you put then on the SI seats its not wide enough. or you can just drive with too screw.(Don't take sharp turns). if you have any questions just ask

But ya my ZC is great couldnt of spent my money any better, it might not be a b series but for the money it was a huge improvement over my last engine. With all the money I saved iam just getting my car back into perfect condition. So the ZC is doing real good havent had one problem. But thanks for the replies keep em comming I wanna get this done ASAP!
