performance

i have a 1990 eclips 1.8 5 speed non turbo what all could i do to get more hp out of my car with out a turbo thanks

The 1.8 is a very weak motor. You could do the basic bolt on parts like intake, exhaust, pulleys, and maybe some weight reduction. That should make the car a bit quicker.

Yeah, not too much more than that you can do to the 1.8 besides going turbo... Maybe some nitrous, but I doubt the bottom end would hold up very long doing that...

i have a costom exhaust that sounds nice and loud it has been lowered 2'1/2 inc and kn air filter i was thinking about bigger injeters and pump but dont no where to find any at and if it would be worth it thank's

No. You will lose performance by doing that because your not flowing any more air than you were before going bigger, so you will just run really rich and it will run like shit since you have no way to control air/fuel mixtures.

Again, just get it out of your head. Don't waste your time and money on that car. If you want speed, use that as your daily driver and save up for a car with potential, like a GST/GSX/TSI.
