B18C1+hood=?

Just wondering if when I get an engine swap done, if I will still be able to use the OEM hood or need a different one like the JDM ZC Hood(i think thats it)

it will hit on a B18C swap, but just shave the webbing underneath your hood and it'll close...

thanks for the info guys

is there any difference between the underneath of an OEM hood and Carbon Fiber hood? Because I'm plannin on getting a carbon fiber hood for it, just want to make sure it will fit before I shell out the cash for it.

depends on the maker...my VIS hood is made like the stock SiR with all the webbing and holes to fit the stock clips...even the stock latch. I'd get a ZC CF hood if I were you, if you're worried about fitment...:flash:

thats just the oem style carbon fiber hood. There is also the SIR hood from which i hear dents the opposite way and then there is the zc which has the special little bump on the left side. The SIR version will only work on Front clips from japan from what i have heard
