Shaking issues

My car rocks back and forth uncontrollably when hitting bumps...not up and down so it's not shock problems...do you think it's axle issues or motor mount issues...how can i tell...how much will this cost...

check your shockies
push on vehicle above each shockie hard half a dozen timesso the vehicle is bouncing then stop abruptly vehicle should stop moving after 1 or 2 bounces if not the shockies should be replaced
