92 Bravada digital display problem
about half the time after starting the vehicle the digital display remains blank except for the ABS light which stays on. as soon as i shift into reverse the problem corrects itself and the display works properly until the vehicle is shut off again. anybody seen this before? i'm thinking ignition switch.

Wow, never had that...yet.
Have you tried turning the keyswitch off then back on after the dark event? That might prove a power problem. When mine quit, the MPH numbers started coming and going. I still had the other gauges.
