The real question is, why would you want a 15" sub?

Yeah it would fit.
If your willing to give up your WHOLE truck you could easly fit 2 15's but that would take some custom fiberglass work. |

Personaly i would go with 2 10's.. like JL
They will provide you with fast, hard hitting bass. and still give you great sound quality. |

15"
i have a 15"mtx thunder4000 in the trunk of my sedan.. and i listen to rock. it sounds good to me... you do have to put quality speakers in your stock locations or it will sound crappy but if ya know what your doing and follow the specs of your sub and set your amp gains correctly you should have no sound quality issues.. unless your looking into going to sq soundoffs then multiple smaller woofers would be better

You could put a 15 in the trunk, it would take up all the space, but who needs it. I would go 2 MTX 12's. I'm a big fan of the MTX subs for how deep they sound. But that is my own opinion. Also what helps on sound quality is having a sub output on your head unit.

i would go with JLs one of there 12w6-v2 should hit as hard as 2 normal 12s i got 3 tens (w6) in my hatch and i pick up high bass all the way down to 30 hz

Ive got one 10" sub , it sounds pretty damn good in the back of a hatch. but i listen to mostly rock. A 15 would take up alot of trunk space, but if set up right would sound pretty damn good in a trunk...

Ohh man... The best 15's there are, are the Kicker L7 solobaric subs. Ohh man, i have one of those, they hit so hard. Go with that if you get a 15, nothin but the best.

Well I have 4-15" subs and they are really tight for 15". It all depends on what you are looking for. You get what you pay for. If you are going for spl you will sacrifice sq and vic versa. Last comp I went into I actually won for sq. Pretty hard to do with a sub wall...
