Disabling ABS system. HELP ME!!!

greetings,

I recently crashed my 95 T-Bird. All has been well up until the ABS sensors just kick on and my brakes get extra sensative, just tapping the brakes brings the car to a halt! It mostly happens in rainy weather. I removed the fuse to the ABS system but they still come on for no reason, I can tell when a loud vibration is felt on the brake pedal. It's freaking me out, HELP!
