Oil weeping from crank / harmonic balancer bolt after removal

I have an 1989 GT 5.0 that I am replacing the timing gasket and front seal. After I pulled the Harmonic balancer bolt out I notice that oil was weeping out of the hole. Before that there were no leaks. My question is...is that normal? Is it a Hollow crank? Do I have bigger problems like a crack in the crank somewhere? In case you where going to ask...it was definitely coming from inside the hole where the crank bolt goes in and the oil was blackish colored like used motor oil. Thanks in advance for any and all help.
