Shifting Problems...

Hey what's up people, I have a bit of a problem. A friend and I already came to the conclusion that it's not the tranny. I'm having difficulty shifting into all my gears, it wont go into any gear at all...but theres no grinding going on. Im guessing my clutch is going because if its not disengaging then i cant shift right??.. Anyways we are going to pull the tranny and start looking around..but maybe my friend is thinking that the clutch may need to be bled for air pockets...any ideas on what my problem is..any help is much appreciated..thanks Jerry

Re: Shifting Problems...

You need to be more specific on what it is doing and what it feels like. Does the clutch feel normal? Is it just not easy getting into gear or can you not get into any of the gears at all? Did this just start happening out of nowhere? I don't think its the clutch, if it were there would still be at least some grinding goin on when you try to get it into gear. Does the shifter move freely?
