95 bonneville givin me the blues

I dont know what to do anymore. I just bought this car a 95 bonnevile se in june with a 169,800 miles on it. I only paid 1,000 for it. It had a new fuel pump and gas line replaced, battery, alternator, starter and battery cable terminals 4 months before i bought it. It started jerking while at a stop sign or light and while in motion when it changes speed. The mechanic said it was the motion air flow sensor ( i may not have the right word) i had it replaced and it worked fine for a week, then it started takin more time to turn over when starting it by a 1/2 second or more each day. One day it wouldnot start at first then i turned it off and it started no problem. Yesterday it would not start at all. It cranks like it wants to but it wont turn over. mechanic says it could be fuel pump but it was replaced just four months ago. So anyone have any ideals. I just cant afford a big repair bill.

Welcome to AF, we cannot diagnose this from this point, have your mechanic proceed with the diagnosis, fuel pressure test, check for spark and injector pulse, all basic preliminary checks..
