Rear door lock

Hello Happy Liberty owners! I have a 2002 that has been great. The only issue that I have had is the rear door lock. It is very unstable like some time it opens some times it doesn't, then i have to try several times i found that when is very hot or very cold gets worts. Have any of you had a similar problem?
