2000 Impreza Dtc P1130 Help

I Have A 2000 Impreza 2.2l With Dtc Code P1130. Is This A Bad Front O2 Sensor? Or Would It Be another Problem. Any Help Would Be Great.

The DTC code is

Front oxygen (A/F) sensor circuit malfunction (open circuit) I would check the ohm's on the front O2 sensor if it is more than 10 ohms its a bad sensor if it is less start looking for a bad wire short or open between the sensor and the ECM.
