Performance Mods?

I have a 1996 Buick Regal limited with the 3.8 series 2. The car has 237,050kms on it and runs kinda crappy i think either the plugs are bad or wires seems to hesitate and studder so im getting that fixed...Other then that this car is a power house i love pulling up beside some punk in there little honda daddy bought them and smoking them....So my question is how can i get more power out of it...like cold air intake what brand where would i find it in canada...whats the best exhaust...umm anything else...computer chip it.
