Cabin Air filter

can anyone tell me where it is located and how to change. 2003 x type

Its located under the cowling. With the wipers parked straight up, gently remove the plastic fasteners along the front edge of it by popping up their push-in centers. Then, gently, pull up the cowling and relase it from its clips underneath. Work from the passenger side toward the drivers side, and only pick it up enough to get the cabin filter out. The filter is about 20 inches long, and, you'll see it when you get the left side of the plastic cowling raised a bit. Pop the old one out and carefully install the new one in its place. Then work the cowling back down, making sure the hidden clips snap back in place. Then reinstall the plastic fasteners on the front edge. Be careful to get them completely down through their little square holes before you shove the plastic center pieces in.
