overland clunk

Hi there,

Names Rob, I'm new to this forum. Anyways I'm experiencing a clunk when I come to a near stop on my 02 overland. Its like the transmission is gearing down hard. Also when I'm slowing down and then accelerating it pauses a second before clunking into gear. Doesn't do it all the time. Seems worse when I'm going down hill on a steep grade. Seems like the load is releasing hard or something. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Any specific area you may be hearing the noise from?
