Fuel Problems in 96 Jimmy

The fuel pump was replaced in November. It ran good for awhile but then in Feb. it started acting up. It runs good when it first starts but when its warm I have to feather the gas and cant get above 45 miles per hour. If i push too hard on gas it acts like it floods out. It eventually just stopped starting back up. Brought it back to the shop and they had to replace the pump again. They did the filter and everything again at that point. It ran good for about 3 weeks when a totally seprate issue and the transmission went out. It sat until the transmission was fixed this June. It started to actu up again right after we got it but they suggested we use seafoam? to clean the injectors. We did that and it ran great for about 3 week. Now it is having the exact same problems where it runs good at first but when it gets warm it acts up. The fuel pump runs loud so we know it is working. Any Ideas?

Running loud is not always good.
How is the fuel filter?
Any codes or check engine lights.
What is the fuel presure readings?
