code p0134

trouble code p0134. o2 sensor 1 bank 1 no activity
replaced sensor, fuel pump, fuel filter
check voltage, 12.4 v and ground, even ran a new wire to battrery to make sure, seems ok
what could i be missing
car stalls restarts easy at stop lights and when slowing down for turns
wife ready to trade me in and keep car

Did you check the signal wire to PCM continuity? Also make sure the O2 heater is getting voltage.

Welcome to AF.

Check the wires to that O2 from the PCM to the sensor.
Thier must be a break in the wire if the sensor is a new one. OR the plug is not making proper contact.

Though the stalling could be something else.
