97 sc2 Saturn Security System

I have a 97 sc2 and my vehicle will not crank, the power locks do not work, the dome light does not work, and the keyless entry will not work. I have reason to believe that these problem are related to the saturn security system which has a starter disable function. Can anyone shed some light on to fixing this problem. ie. the location of this security system and wheather it can be bypassed.

I broke down and took it to the saturn dealership. Problem is the keyless entry module, which also has the saturn security system in it. They said they could bypass the module by grounding it for a price of 300.00. To replace the module it will be 815.00. Hope this will help someone else out.

I'm wondering why it would cost $300 to ground something.

because its the dealership. Thay allways charge the most.
