Normal engine Tempature

Can anyone tell me the normal operating temp on 1997 delta88? Because mines is always over the 200 mark. If this is too high will a flush and fill bring it down because i never did for the whole time i owned the car. a year and six months by the way. Thanks

195 to 210, the gage may be inaccurate, a scanner will tell you real temps.
