Classic car show pics!! 56K BURN!!

I had signed up for this car show about a month ago. It was in Carlsbad, just a few miles north of me. I took the Toronado with me. It was such a blast. Got baked like nothing else in the sun, but it was worth it. I never seen such awesomeness in one place, at one time. Some of these cars were so damn cherry, I couldve cried!! Here are some pics of the day:

Re: Classic car show pics!! 56K BURN!!

I can feel the classicness flowing through my veins now. It feels good.

...only thing that COULD have made this thread better would have been some smokin' hot milfs leaning over the cars. I give this thread an A- though

Geez, I just went through all these on facebook... lol

I did enjoy them though... Especially some of those realistic paintjobs.

I have no idea, but there's no doubt about it, I've never seen anything like it. These pics don't do those paint jobs any justice man, seriously!

Sigh, tell me about it! There were NO MILFs there, only old white guys named Biff and Bob etc, hahahaha.

Yeah dude, and that beard thing you got going is pretty bad ass IMO. Doing shit different rocks, I am doing something new with myself too. Long (well, not long but shaggy) hair and facial hair FTW!

I like those pics, there was some stuff in there that made me pop wood. That silver Camaro SS and that orange '66 Corvette got me especially. Actually, for a long time, a Vette like that was my dream car... then F&F hit . I also love the detail on the flames of the Corvette, thats hot (OH I'm good). I also got a good chuckle at some of those. One word... SUPERBIRD!!!

Oh, oh, show them the "impressive, amazing, and astonishing,"

Thanks man. I quit my job about 5 months ago because this is the last leg of school for me and I wanted to just study, so I was free to do whatever I wanted with my face, hahahaha. Growing out hair is a total biatch though man, it's at that middle stage right now where its a PITA. A few more months then I'll be gangsta' yo! Lol, there was this old guy (about 80 i think) who kept staring at me when I was at the car show to buy some soda. When I turned around he's like "god damn sonny boy, how long did it take ya' to get that all lined up perfect like that?". I told him Sensor Exel FTW! 1 minutes is all takes. He was hilarious.

I know... jeez...I mean, the first thing that comes to mind when you see a Stupidbird up close for the first time, is "you're kidding me, right?" I bet that wing right there caused the invasion of the ricer-wings in later years, lmao. And the front looks so goofy...good lord. And to think, they fetch hundreds of thousands of bucks in Barret-Jackson auctions. I still have a lot of respect for it because it's such an awesome piece of history...but I don't know what the design crew were smoking when they penned this jigsaw puzzle.

Re: Classic car show pics!! 56K BURN!!

Yeah. You know what though, they are pretty amazing machines of their times. They came std with a 440 and optional 426 hemi, were capable of doing like 180 stock, and had a pretty good coefficient of drag for their time... IIRC it was like .28. For comparison sake, the standard C6 Corvette has the same drag coeff where the Z06 has a .34. Not too bad for some old ass engineering.

Come one now! Up with the "silver sexy"
