93 protege wheel lock...

hey, im new to the forum here, and i need help, i have a 93 protege and a broken key, half of it is in the car and the other half is in my hand, but the wheel is locked and i need to move the car, i cant get around turns and i need it out tonight, or tomorrow morning because we are selling our house and need it gone, no tow trucks are open on the weekend here...so i cant turn the key to unlock the wheel, and i cant get a tow truck none are open, so how can i break the steering lock, just so i can get it off the property, and i dont care how i do it, because the car is going right to the dump after it
