Great start Steve... I have this kit and the Zero paint already, but want to finish the two Honda's first.

What CF did you use?

I used Studio 27's ST27-FP0004 Carbon Fibre Decal A Metallic Gray (Large)
Just liked the look of the weave, something different

Nice start Steve.
How about the fit of the parts? Any problems so far?

By the way, your service is excellent. I'll be thinking off you for my next orders.

Looks great so far Steve. Is the green you have used on the body parts metallic or not? It doesn't look so in the photographs but it does on your website.

It's a very fine Mica Pearl which will pop when the clear is added, I was adding the decals and the Micro Sol was showing the pearl affect when wet

Re: Kawasaki Ninja ZX-RR 2006

So you add the decals onto a flat surface? Normally that would cause them to silver and really not adhere well because of the textured surface of flat paints. I'm asking because I'm close to the same stage on my Honda's and were going for clear - decals - clear to give the decals a better surface. You never had problems with decals on flat surfaces?

I'm nearly finishes adding all the decals, so i'll clear coat over the top in a day or two and what happens, in the past yes I have cleared, decaled and cleared again, but this is a quick build, I want to finish it soon and get back to working 18 hours a day.

Re: Kawasaki Ninja ZX-RR 2006

Hi, Steve

are you sure about the green paint, I have seen a lot of photos of the real bike and it seems to be a solid green, not pearl. Also the dedicated Tamiya spray can seems to be solid also.
How you have got the reference for the paint? Are you sure about that?
I know that sometimes photos can mismatch the real color, for example Rossi's NSR 2001 Nastro Azzurro yellow seems to be a solid yellow but I have seen it on the pit lane and I can tell you for sure that is a pearl yellow.
Thanks
