It has the world record for the fastest 0-100mph-0 time. It is 10 seconds or something like that. Awesome car. Makes the *regular* F1 look tame.

LM for sale

There was recently one of the FIVE McLaren F1 LMs for sale. It was sold almost immediately for an undisclosed amount. I understand it went for $2.3M or somewhere close. It would be my bet that car will be the only LM for sale for the next 5-10 years. The remaining 4 LMs are closely guarded by owners that I would be shocked to hear that they would ever sell their car.

As far as McLarens go, there are racecars for sale (the GTR) as well as a longtail, not to mention 3 roadcars. They, of course are not cheap, but worth every penny.

I recently sold a silver car to a client in England. I am negotiating further with other clients as well.

Currently, the only way to get one of the original race cars into the US (GTR or the longtail) is by a temporary racing VISA. That can last a maximum of a year and the car must be deported. The roadcars are legal for importation as long as they are properly converted.

And of course, the McLaren F1. Anywhere worldwide.
