Front turn signal bulbs keep burning out
Hi I am new here and found you by luck. I have a 2001 Firebird and the front turn signal bulbs keep burning out. I replace them and they are good for a while. I noticed after washing my car or after it rains this seemed to happen more often, so I figured water was getting in to the socket. Now one socket is not working at all. I can replace the sockets for $60 each, but I am not sure that going to get to the root of the problem. Anyone else run into this or have a suggestion? Thanks!

Re: Front turn signal bulbs keep burning out
Check the turn signal housing itself for cracks, if it is replace the whole housing. Also check the gasket around the socket if it is old or bad it will leak water. Also check auto parts store they sell replacements sockets way cheaper than that. I just replace the socket on the front right side and it cost me around 7 bucks. Hope this help
