One headlight working

I recently bought a 2002 Ford Focus SE. The passenger side headlight will not come on. I changed out the bulb and checked all of the fuses but still nothing. What could it be?

faulty wires take out the plug and try the opposite plug on the bulb or try testing the plug for a circut

I would check the terminals at the harness if it has electricity. If yes, clean the contacts. Otherwise, you may have to trace it back for discontinuity.
