I didn't paint the badge on the back yet, but the front is 400R.

I know the carbon rear spoiler should be 400R but I 'm too lazy to do it. It's too small. :bandit:

I would have to say neither of them! The racing rims are deeper than the road versions so i suggest buying some Aoshima 18" LM-GT1's. I noticed there were some in stock at HLJ, failing that - revert back to the original rims you had on there.

Hi there is that an r32 engine in the r34?
What did you use to make the ABS system and the other piping in the engine bay cause im doing an r32 and i want the engine bay to look more realistic.

so what did you use as a base kit to built this 400R? the fujimi nismo R33?? or the Tamiya R33kit? next.. are the LM-GT1 rims the aoshima ones?

and finally.. what did you use to make the decals?

thanks a bunch

Let me shove this in the discussion too ...

I'm thinking about getting an R33 model. Which one is better? Tamiya has the V-spec one while Fujimi have a plethora of R33s.

pkw1: I used the fujimi nismo r33. The LM-GT1 is from Tamiya.
Here is a post in AF about this model:
http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbul...ight=nismo+r33

hiver77:Which one is better? Tamiya, more detail. But the best is use the tamiya kit with fujimi body.

I like the body from fujimi. The problem on the fujimi's R33 is the bumper is too "round", the model can't steer and less detail.

91p10nizmo :Those are electrical wire.

It's important to point out that Tamiya's kit is the early-style front bumper with no holes next to the license plate mount...
