Shell decals for Ferrari

Does anyone have extra shell decals from the 2001 or 2000 Ferrari F1? I purchased the crazy modeler decals, but the shell logos don't seem to be inclucded.

Thanks!
Jeff

What happened to the original kit decals?
You could try ordering replacement decals through your Tamiya importer or via one of the Japanese online stores like Rainbow 10.

Nothing happened to them. It's for a side project, a "what would Schumi drive to get groceries" type of thing.

I thought the crazy modeler sheet would be a complete set, but I guess not.

Which scale? I might have some spare ones from the 1/24 Revell F2005 kit.

Re: Shell decals for Ferrari

The car is 1/24 scale, but the crazy modeler decals are 1/20 so either scale would work. The smaller 1/24 may actually work better.

The F2005 markings were exactly what I was going to suggest- and if you're building in 1/24, the smaller 1/24 markings will likely be better. Another excellent source is Revell's replacements parts service- I've had very good luck with them.

If rumours are true, Schumi drives a Rosso Scuderia Enzo. Always thought it would look cool in Vodafone and Shell logos.

That's exactly what I'm building!!!

I've had nothing but bad luck with Revell. One of the C6R kits I purchased was missing an entire tree! 3 phone messages and emails have gone unanswered.

I'll try it again...

Re: Shell decals for Ferrari

Not sure that they'll answer phone calls or emails- but their online parts replacement service does work. They will charge you a nominal shipping and handling fee (it comes to a few bucks, not much), and it takes a few weeks to get Revell Germany parts. But you definately can get Revell Germany parts/decals through Revell Monogram- I've done it twice.

Looking forward to seeing your Enzo- I think it's a cool idea.

Re: Shell decals for Ferrari

hey Jeff...I've got some extra decals from the Tamiya 2001 kit I can mail you if you'll send me a PM with your details.

Do you just need the shell "shells" that would be on the sidepods?
