Rear lower control arm installation
I need to replace a rear lower control arm on a '96 ZJ. Can I do this with the vehicle on the ground or is there a special procedure to follow? I'm limited to the driveway for work space and I was hoping I could just unbolt the old and bolt on the new. Thanks.

Re: Rear lower control arm installation
You should be able to remove and install it without having to lift the ZJ . If you do have to raise it to remove it, after you install the new one make sure you have jeep on the ground to tighten the bolts. If you are going to replace the bushings instead of the whole control arm its alot harder you will need a press to get the old and new bushings in and out unless you get lucky.
