Disable the stock alarm?

Is it possible to disable the stock anti-theft alarm system in a '98 GL? Our power door locks are currently inoperable so the fuse is pulled to that. But sometimes the alarm will go off when we open a door even if we haven't locked any of them!

Tips and advice appreciated
