Re: Power Door Locks Will Not Work.

96 Accord is listed in your profile. So I assume you are talking about it.

My 99 has two fuse panels: on both sides of the vehicle. So make sure you have or do not have another fuse panel.

There is another fuse box under the hood. Check it out too.

The next step would be to check switches I guess.

Good luck,

Sam

Re: Power Door Locks Will Not Work.

Yeah i checked the fuses under the hood and there fine, but NONE of the power door locks work, so im trying to find out the source. I would click the switch but i hear nothing at all, not even the actuator moving.

Re: Power Door Locks Will Not Work.

I once had a broken wire in my old Chevy. Check out that wire harness that goes to the door.

Sometimes fuse looks good bad it is actualy bad. Pull them out and examine closely.

Remove the decorative panel and make sure you get power to the switches. That is probably the only choise you have if all your fuses are checking all right.

Good luck,

Sam

Re: Power Door Locks Will Not Work.

Make sure you get power to the control box. You need to download service manual from the links at the top of the forum stickies and find electirical diagram there. I have a feeling that this is a problem with the box itself.

Good luck,

Sam
